Agricultural pool design:

According to the type of soil and land limitations, the design of the agricultural pool is done with the appropriate depth, length, width and slope. The types of pools are as follows:

1- Construction of an agricultural pool inside the ground 2- Construction of an agricultural pool on the ground 3- Construction of a combined agricultural pool

Excavation:

At this stage, according to the design, excavation will be done with appropriate equipment. The suitable slope for soil removal is generally 1 to 1 or 45 degrees. But by changing the type of soil, other slopes are also possible.

Leveling and excavation:

After removing the soil, the bed of the agricultural pool will be compacted up to 90%. The movement of the excavator helps the soil compaction a lot. The floor and walls must be free of any stones and sharp objects. Therefore, they will be removed or straw or lime shale or a geotextile layer with a suitable volume density will be used so that there is no possibility of sharp objects damaging the geomembrane sheet.

Trench digging:

In order to contain the sheet, a channel will be dug parallel to the pool at a distance of 50-70 cm and a depth of 60 cm. The greater the depth of the dug channel, the larger the dimensions of the dug channel due to the greater stability of the sheet inside it.

Implementation of geotextile:

If there is a need to use geotextile, it will be implemented at this stage. If the bed of the agricultural pool does not have stones and sharp objects, there is no need to use geotextile. In some cases, instead of geotextile, a layer of straw or lime is used.

Implementation of geomembrane sheet:

First, geomembrane rolls will be arranged next to the agricultural pool, then spreading and cutting will be done, then welding will be done with an automatic plastic welding machine. The way the device works is in such a way that it creates two welding lines at each stage of welding to ensure full safety of the welding process. In the corners or at the connection point (the inlet and outlet pipes must be made of polyethylene to be able to connect to the geomembrane sheet), manual welding with an extruder cover or a hot air dryer will be used.

Blocking the sheet in the trench:

Place the edges of the sheet in the trench and bury it with soil and other materials.

Dewatering the agricultural pool:

All structures that are built to store water must be drained in several stages. In the polymer agricultural pool, water extraction is done in several stages (2 or 3 stages).
